Dr. Thomas WelshVeterinarian/Owner
Dr. Thomas Welsh graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987.
Dr. Welsh practiced Small Animal Medicine in Los Angeles County for ten years. He met his wife Carol while living in California. In 1996, they decided to move to Kansas City and start a family. They have three adult daughters.
In 2005, Dr. Welsh pursued his lifelong dream of owning his own practice and opened Parkville Animal Wellness. Currently Parkville Animal Wellness cares for over 6,000 dogs and cats in the Parkville area and other areas of Platte and Clay County.

Michelle WieheOffice Manager/Groomer
Michelle has been a professional groomer and working in the veterinary field for over 34 years. Rest assured your pet will enjoy their day at the spa with the expertise of Michelle! When not working, she spends time with her six grandkids and two great grandkids, her Yorky mix, Tilly and riding motorcycles.

Joni KloiberRegistered Veterinary Technician
After graduating from Rockhurst University in 2006, Joni went to the Veterinary Technician program at Maple Woods Comm. College. She graduated in 2010 and became a registered veterinary technician. Her pets are Daisy and Purr-sephone.

Victoria PritchettGroomer
Victoria completed training as a certified pet stylist in spring of 2017 and has been pampering and spoiling fur babies ever since. She specializes in treating elderly pets and puppies in a stress-free environment. Handling with patience and trust is her goal and focusing on health and safety of your pet as well as them having a fun and enjoyable experience. She has a cat at home named Chewy, a domestic long hair, who is very talkative. A big part of being a professional groomer for Victoria is taking the time to get the specific look you want for your family member.
